KurdVisa provides administrative, visa application form, document, translation, reservation and travel services. KurdVisa does not issue visas and cannot guarantee an appointment, approval, processing time or government decision.
Customer information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete and lawful information and documents. False, altered or misleading documents may result in service cancellation and legal consequences.
Fees and payment
KurdVisa does not collect online card payments. Applicable service fees and approved payment instructions are communicated directly. Government, embassy, consular and third-party fees may be separate.
Appointments
KurdVisa office appointments are separate from embassy, consular and government appointments. Customers should reschedule or cancel office bookings as early as possible if they cannot attend.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
KurdVisa communicates the applicable service price, approved payment method, cancellation conditions and any known third-party costs before payment is requested. Refund eligibility depends on the agreed service, work already completed and non-recoverable third-party costs.
